Cost for Vendors is $100 per day, per spot.
Vendor Spots are approximately 10' x 10' spaces located around the Arena.
Vendors can set up anytime after the gates are open on the first day of the event with a contract and payment in full 72 hours prior to show and MUST be disassembled and cleared by midnight on the last day of the event
We offer electricity hookups (limited availability)
Vendor Contracts MUST be submitted with payment prior to start of the event.
Vendor spots will be reserved as we receive contracts and payments.
Henderson County Regional Fairgrounds Mangement and Fairpark Board reserves the right to decline vendor appilcation(s).
